Spring Time

article image placeholderUploaded by @EricG
I've always loved being outside, doing anything. When I was a kid, I used to love climbing trees, as most kids do. And I loved being outside. When I was a Boy Scout, I loved being outside, doing the things that Boy Scouts do. In my 30s, when I migrated from where I was living to the Pacific Northwest, when I discovered the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, it was beyond words. I couldn't even believe how beautiful it was

Anyway, I would love to continue to hear tips and hiking locations and anything you recommend. I'm not up there. I'm in the Southwest currently, but I do go up there usually once a year or once every other year. So if you happen to make another swell around hiking recommendations or any other information, insider information, feel free to invite me. I'll keep an eye out, but feel free to invite me. And I look forward to hearing more cheers

I also thought it was really beautiful that you talked about coming into this new type of nature in your 30s because I didn't grow up really close to much nature. And my family never I don't know, we weren't a nature family, but in my 20s, I've come to nature and forests and beaches and Lakes with such a necessity. I didn't realize I'd been missing it for so long. Like just this natural pull towards them. And. Yeah, I don't know

There's so many beautiful places here, the Alpine Lakes alone. And you may know this already, so forgive me if you do. The Alpine Lakes Wilderness alone has 700 Lakes and there's thousands of miles of trail. Then there's the Olympic National Park, then there's Mount Rainier National Park, and then there's the North Cascades. And I've been to all these places, including Oregon, regarding trails

I've been all over the state of Washington. I've been to Canada, but not for mountain, outdoor stuff. That was for other things, but certainly all over Washington. I've hiked a lot of places in Mountaineer National Park. I've even climbed up to Camp Sherman on Mount Rainier. That's at 10,000ft there's a camp that Mountaineers used
