Because it's not about you. It's about you helping others. It will happen when you do. Number twelve speak up in meetings. Now, this is important a lot of times, and I've seen it throughout my career. You'll be sitting in a meeting and conference room, and maybe there's nine people or twelve people, and only three or four speak up. Speak up in meetings, because if you don't, your silence will be used against you

But the main thing is to overcome that fear. And the way you overcome it is by being confident, doing your studying, having a mentor, learning, asking questions, listening to people, interacting with people. So I've also gone for jobs where I have no experience, but I have the zest and the desire. And I'm like, I'm very adaptable, I learn very quickly, I implement systems, I work very well with others, as well as independently

It was a little uncomfortable for me at first, but I got over it pretty quick and I had some I took with coaches. My mother, who was a business owner, and there were some other she was in real estate and there were some other people that were kind of coaching me along the way. Anyway, so I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your opinions on that, and I look forward to getting some more replies from you and hearing what you have to post
