Fishing for Self Value

article image placeholderUploaded by @Enfinit
It's called the Rasta pasta, and I didn't really come on here to brag on the food that I'm eating, but I just sat down and I'm having a break to myself, and I was thinking about how we can extend our energy outward, right? And try to get attention from other people or try to put those what I call soul ties. We cast a soul tie out, and we try to connect with people, right? We want to really connect with people, right?

Without Self Love we look to others to place value on ourselves. For me this is unhealthy. Let’s talk about it.

Hi. Thank you so much for posting this. Well, Firstly, I want some of that chicken that sounds so delicious. But Secondly, I completely agree with you. I think fishing for compliments and self value to other people is just just so unhealthy. I found myself doing that last year, and whenever I didn't get that compliment from the other person, I would feel so bad

So when people say I can't live without you or something like that, but a lot of people hide behind their titles and haven't faced themselves to understand that there's a part of them that there's lack. There's something there that they have to understand about themselves, whether it was in the past, some kind of trauma where they didn't get enough praise or attention from their parents or their Guardian
