It takes a lot of self awareness to realize that you're actually serving self and really doing the things that are required for your own personal and customized self love journey. So some of the items on that list for me is to express my feelings. I can't bottle up anything I have to tell the truth. But it wasn't until I got into the arts that it triggered something different in me to put an idea to paper or in my case, since I do music, I rap as well as produce to put it through the speaker. It sort of tapped into a different registry of energy that I just wasn't accustomed to most of my life.
