Loving the new version of me ā¤ļø

I remember I had a really good male friend who said, you just got to learn how to love yourself more. And I was like, love myself. I don't even know what this. What does that mean to love myself? And I have to say that was probably over 30 years ago

I appreciate this post, and I appreciate you for saying what often goes unsaid that to love ourselves without limits, that we can in that's what I got from your swell today is that we can and we should and radically so and without limits and without boundaries. And it just makes me think of that. I don't know if it's a scripture or a quote or etc
