At this moment at this moment I am where I am supposed to be. If I feel distressed, it is because I have forgotten this. In remembering that that I am always where I need to be. I'm able to let go, to be open to what is. Instead of giving the experience of forced meaning, I let the meaning come freely from it. When I allow this to occur, there is no conflict, only trust that brings relief and then peace. Stillness is powerful

Hey. You know, the stillness is always where the little voice comes out, and it tells me what I've missed because of the noise in my life. And it's a beautiful reminder to take that break, to listen in and to see if the direction you're going in has been the right one. It's so hard for some people to take that moment, but I know that we're able to if we commit to that moment
