Because for me, I don't love reading anything related to reality. But I always hear that there are some people who said that there are some books, a whole book, that it change a whole perspective that they have for life. I mean, did you have this kind of experience

Celestine Prophecy πŸ™„

Okay, but a book that's not fantasy that changed my life was called Celestine Prophecy. And I remember reading that when I was in my mid twenties. And I remember just having mind blown by that book. So I have a little look. I don't know if I read it again. Now would it blow my mind? Maybe now that I'm old, maybe not so much my friend texting me again, I have to turn off the notes. Don't

The Hidden Life of Trees & Deviate: The Science of Seeing Differently

Oh, my goodness, only one. I can't. I'll give you two. But there are so many. And these particular two were for different reasons. The first one is called The Hidden Life of Trees. What they feel, how they communicate discoveries from a secret world. I'll put the title in the author in the comment, so it wasn't necessarily about self realization, but more about understanding about trees. I'm totally awesome

@SeekingPlumb @Eman Yes!

Oh, my God, the secret Life of Trees seeking plum. Do you remember when you read that to me? Hey, Iman, once upon a time seeking Plum was reading that book and very kindly told me all about it. I think she actually read it. It to me. And I was walking with my headphones in we're in completely different continents, on the opposite side of the planet, from each other

@SeekingPlumb

I do! And the photos and videos you shared! @GeorgieDee

I do remember that, Georgie. And I remember the videos and the photos you would take of the trees that happen to fit whatever I was reading of at the time. Just such a fascinating book. When I see trees set up from others, it makes me sad. I want to inch them closer to the other trees

Wow. I really love hearing the conversation I could heat again and again. You. Your conversation with each other is so cool. Okay. I would love to read all the books that you you said. And for me, Fox is just a way to escape from reality. But the meaning that Fox change your ideas about things. I don't know. Maybe because even if you change your ideas git about things, you couldn't change anything in reality. But I really love hearing this conversation

Knowledge, Thoughts, Language & Reality

Hey, Iman, how you doing? I think you can change your reality. You change your language, you change your thoughts, you add to your knowledge and you can change your reality. Really do believe you can sort systems are housed in language. Language creates reality. Think about it. Somebody who is constantly complaining in their life, negative things. They're actually attracting more negative things towards them. They're recreating and reinforcing the negative

@GeorgieDee have you skimmed the Goodreads' Reviews?

Hey, Georgie, you got to go over a good reads. Have a look at the reviews of the Celestine Prophecy. Some people break it down really well into the spiritual dimensions of it after they read it two or three times. And there are others who substantiate their claim in a review that normally starts with a rubbish from start to finish, the literary equivalent of a Ponzi scheme. You rent it twice. Well, you're not alone

@SeekingPlumb

Same @topgold.

Bernie, that is too funny. I went to look up the Silstine Prophecy. That's what I'm looking for. I was thinking philosophy anyway. I'm Goodreads the other day and found those same reviews. I was like, I'm just going to ignore them. And I I'm going to go with what I've heard about it. And I'll put it on my list

Iman. I read too much in the way of read, too much biography, too much history, because I sometimes think that I can go back in Tim and I can reimagine myself self as an actor or a person in the setting. So just like novels, history sometimes give me an escape, and I think that's good. However, I have taken your suggestion, examined my own book list and my own bookshelves, but the hardback on the paperback as well as Kindle

@topgold @SeekingPlumb One Take Away πŸ˜…

The only thing I can actually remember about the book is this thing about energy and how it's all around us, and we can get it from everything. And I remember sitting in my car in the traffic and being frustrated with the traffic and thinking about what the book had said about you can open your energy up to the trees around you and absorb their energy. And then you can give them back their energy. And you can create this cycle of energy

@Eman @topgold @SeekingPlumb Boom!, Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't...

Hey, Iman, I just remembered another books that Change your Life, which I remember almost word for word. So I remember everything about it. And I read that when I was about 27. And it was called Why Men Don't Listen. Women can't read maps, and it sounds trite. It sounds reductive, but it's not. It's incredible research done by a husband and wife team into the physiological, evolutionary differences between men and women and why we are the way we are

And if you're going to read it again and that's the other thing is when you reread, when you reread and when you study these books, then they can change your life permanently versus read it. And you're motivated. You're like, oh, yeah. Aha, moment for a week, two weeks, and then it's gone. I wish I could link my podcast, but, oh, well, have a good one. Thank you. Bye

Impro, by Keith Johnstone #theatre #impro #improvisation

When you do this on stage, you don't even have to have an idea of what the story you're doing. You're acting out on stages. All you have to do is start showing these signs of social dominance up or down. It's really interesting. But the main thing that changed my life was how to access spontaneity and move ahead. And Johnstone says people who say yes have more rewarding adventures than people who say no

Hello, Tubgar. Thank you for sharing. You know, I do the same for me. Every when I'm reading an Oval, I just bought some using and imagine someone you know, I love Turkish actors. So imagine one of the handsome actors. He is the hero in the novel. And I'm just reading. And when it comes to history books, for me, I think history is so sad

Thank you so much for sharing this. I will definitely read the book and you know what made me excited so that I have friends who really love to act. But I think this book will be helpful for them. The idea of what you said made me so excited to read it. I'll definitely read it. Thank you for sharing
