anyone else experiencing this?

I want to jump right out of bed, kind of start my day and get to eat outside. And right now I honestly don't like the winter, but it's kind of been challenging to just feel motivated and want to be productive. So I was wondering if anyone else kind of felt that way and what they do to kind of prevent that from happening and get outside as much as possible possible

I am definitely struggling greatly with my depression. But the nurse practitioner I actually work for my nurse practitioner, her patient, which can be kind of weird sometimes, but she said that she has noticed a pattern. Winter is definitely worse for me. I don't like being out in the heat either, but I love the Sunshine. I love being warm. It's hard when it's cold outside and you don't even want to change out of your coat because you're so cold

But I feel like it happens even when we do go through those weeks of rain or gloominess. So I kind of can understand it from that. But how I really know about baddays seasonaldepression is from my dad. He grew up in Massachusetts, so he really had to deal with this growing up, and I think it kind of stuck with him. We ended up living in Connecticut for a while, and he went through it there too
