Relationships are hard yo!!!
But one thing I'm not going to do is disrespect myself, disrespect my child, allow my child to see all of the bad parts of a relationship just for the sake of staying in a relationship. To say, oh, my parents were together for X amount of years. All of that doesn't matter when these kids are looking and imitating a part of your life just for the sake of getting along. So maybe I'll still tap into this

So that's over for me in my life as soon as I the thing is, I was with these kind of men all the way up to the day of meeting my current husband, who just sort of I don't know how, but meeting him erased my tolerance of being treated badly. So just a few dates with him and my eyes were open to how a man could treat me
