Arpitan word of the day: trawitron (tralitron)

article image placeholderUploaded by @dzakyem
Trawitron. Remember tralitron. And it seems to be related to tralitron. And tralitron is related to a word which you can find in French, Luta. And Luta is also related to Neptune. It's is an old word for Neptune. And the Luta is an elf or a Goblin or leprechaun. Greetings, have a great day

GB rainbow

And it reminds me of what the sailors did to make hardtack, which is something that they can keep for months and months. And it's very hard on the teeth. But they made it with salt, lots of salt and flour for the harder days on the ship. But thank you for sharing this word. And it's kind of magical. Now I know how to say rainbow in a lost language. Thank you

@DBPardes Thank you Deborah! #deadlanguage #lostlanguage #identity

I'm always sensitive towards people saying it's lost or other people saying it's dead, because we are very lucky that we have, as I explained, grammar and lexicon, things like that, and that people really still speak it, but it's not. Yes, there are some efforts of revival, and I'm the first one not to make that effort very Consequently, because you should go and meet the young and teach it to them

When you post, you put beautiful pictures always. And you live in such a stunning place. Most of us can't imagine the kind of vistas you see every day. So I just want to thank you for always being keeping our eyes wide and our imaginations sort of inspired by what you see. It's just beautiful. It's

As for the beauties of nature, I think that was the part which moved me because we are destroying our beautiful blue planet, aren't we? And we see that there is no way. We are, for the moment starting a new direction to save the planet and to have less impact. We hated covet because it stopped us. And now we'd like to compensate for more growth with more growth

I'm not sure what your platforms are there, but it's on Amazon. But I'm going to show you the YouTube trailer here. And speaking of just the language of nature and of togetherness and of honoring the Earth as she still stands today, here's this beautiful movie called mom and a Half. And thanks again for this conversation. It's so beautiful. And you're absolutely right. We are stewards of this place

Evening stroll in the dusk - Ramble

And last year when I traveled, when I walked along up there rubber, I looked at the different forms in the cliffs and I thought, yes, these look like women or monsters or gods. I should definitely imagine the saga of these people and write it down instead of just thinking that it would be a good idea because I'm truly attached to these mountains

This is a beautiful word. And I GB rainbow. And I love learning what I mean, I love like learning languages in general. But it's so fascinating to think the word rainbow that we know in English so well as rainbow and assume we kind of go around assuming that it's ubiquitous. It's everywhere across the board is calling it rainbow. So it's really fascinating to hear it in another language. I love that. I would be curious what it is in other languages, too
