The Stigma of Marijuana Use

article image placeholderUploaded by @DyloThaGoddess
Happy Friday. Hope everyone is doing great in the SOEL community today. I wanted to post this and see what are everyone's thoughts. Whether it's medical or recreational use, the stigma of memory marijuana has been looming over us for ages. I think it's high time to get rid of it. What are some ways as individuals that we can get rid of these stigmas? I believe if everyone one smoked marijuana, maybe the world would be a better place. I know for sure a funnier place

I do like the level of goofiness that it encourages. I think we could all use with some more of that. Yeah. I like the swell. I wish. Yeah. I don't know. I like it

I was actually listening to a song today that that talks about weed versus alcohol. Like the I don't know, it just sets up that that question of, like, how come alcohol is legal when, like, I don't know, it, you know, hurts your liver so much and has all these negative social effects on top of it. I'm going to link it here. It's funny, but also so true

Not sure what everybody else thinks, but for sure songs like that where they compare weed versus alcohol, it mind boggles me as well because I can't for the life of me understand why we would tolerate people who are drunk and intoxicated in public and allow people to still drink. However, we're not able to spark up a joint whenever we're feeling a little bit of anxiety or feeling a little bit of life's burdens to be too much

But there's been synthetic marijuanas that have made its way on the scene. That could be a bit dangerous, but I don't hear that much about that now. All the rage is about fentanyl. So I think fentanyl is making marijuana seem like a child's play. So the stigmas are being detached from fentanyl and the overdosing in the opioids and all that sort of stuff, and the pharmaceutical opioids. I think marijuana is not as dangerous as it once was perceived back in the day

Big farmers are going to go out of business. If you look at the history of hemp uses and marijuana from back in the old days, you realize that this is like this is goldmine right here. So, yeah, everybody's going to have access to it. That's the only problem. They can't control it. So what does it do to make it illegal?

Hey, fried oreo. Thank you for your response. Appreciate that. Hope you're having yourself a wonderful Friday. As I like to say, fry yay. I'm just kidding. I'm coin like that, but you can guys will soon find out for yourself. But I agree with the points that you made in your response for sure. Marijuana is no longer as illegal or as bad as they made it seem back in the day. Like you said, Fentanyl now is out of age
