Integrate it. If you are writer, write about it. If you are singer, sing about it. If you paint, paint about it. But don't sit in your pain. Don't allow it to succumb you, to take over you, because the spirit will bring in that pain to make you grow. And if you missed a growth spurt, let me say it again, if you missed a growth spurt, you'll have to do it again, continuously, over and over

But once it became a profession, I constantly forget that I can use it to express myself, use it to get feelings out and onto the page. I just forget. And sometimes it even feels like a chore, so I just don't do it. But the truth is, that's my medium, that's my outlet.
