A very structured basis. And the one thing that she said to me that has accompanied her statement with my children and this seems to be the foundation of the wonderful application to cancel

What do you think about baby yoga? Is that the thing that Western people made up? Or was that actually the thing

A lot of well researched articles in there and therefore I may be able to give you some hints, some pointers, if you are asking for that. I don't know what it's is there in your post, so my apologies, but maybe you repost it and I can talk about it. Thank you very much

Hello. Vinn at vinn. I didn't get your name again, but baby yoga I don't know what really baby yoga is. I may have seen it something maybe it's yes, you may be right. I don't follow these things. Really. I'm more into very serious therapeutic yoga and using yoga as a disease management tool rather than a fun tool. So I do not know much about baby yoga. But my point is if yoga is started, people start early

I survive something and I'm still shattered and I'm still broken and I'm still healing but everybody is all of those things. And due to the cancer in conjunction with the Yogic practice and my dedication to Dharma, whether I showed up at Songa or not terry, I hear you, I know but you're still a part of me, baby. I can see that everybody is hurting and healing and hoping and harmonizing and I wouldn't have had that perspective

I think you are triumphant in your life, beautifully expressed by your reflections. And I would like to be like you. I would like to triumph in my life through my own deep inner thoughts. The inner cosmos and the outer cosmos coming together as a juncture of emancipation, of nirvana, of mukti, of freedom. That's all we are striving for and hope we all reach there at some point or other. Thanks a lot. Thank you

And my life changed and I saw that there was an ability to speak powerfully about the hardship and humanity that we as human beings face daily. And then as a company member through my 20s, realizing that as the field of dance progressed, it was important not only to have a foundation in ballet, as a modern dancer, you have to know the alphabet and the structure of composition in order to diverge from it. And as it went on, yoga became a huge part of my daily work

So with that, I hope you find your expression through your art form. And I know you mentioned yoga. I know you mentioned about Taoism and of course, Buddhism. You know, everything is impermanent. One of the three tenets of Buddhism is Anita impermanence. So yes, in this highly this whole universe is in a flux. And therefore it's absolutely amazing how this whole thing plays out

Different aspects of yoga are brought in, sometimes pain management, sometimes stress management, sometimes actually trying to create a pathway of healing which eventually could help the patient. So my point my my case study was on how to deter. So so it so happened. Now it's a very catch 22 set scenario. So one of my students called me one day and said your yoga helped me, help me save my life. So I said what did I do? And she started narrating the story

But during her surgery, during her chemo in between, I had to work with her on her various aspects of mind and pain management and even bringing her in a state where she can accept the disease as it is, not get too scared. And then remarkably, she came out very strong within months, if not, I'm sure within a year she was back to work, back everything
