I know we go through life so quickly, and we'll just say, I'm okay, or I'm fine, or I'm good, and they're just like, automatic responses. Oftentimes when somebody asks us how we're doing, but it's okay to slow down, check in with yourself, and to notice how you actually feel, and it's okay to share that too

All the other stuff will be there and I would think it would be a part of the self love projects that you talk about slowing down, taking care of yourself, taking some time for yourself, and taking a break has to be a part of self love too, right? And I definitely plan to be on slow and posting and sharing different things and hoping that it resonates with somebody. Thank you so much for the warm welcome to Swell
