For healthy lifestyle you need to sleep early so that you should complete or sleep. And second, for a health lifestyle you have to eat every day lots of vegetables. And the third thing for the healthy lifestyle you need to always eat in limit. You can eat chocolate, tanni, Maggie, anything, but you have to eat an all in it. And fourth health lifestyle always don't think that you are too bad. Don't give too much pressure. Have a break to your brain
