It makes sense because you want people to be able to voice their opinion on a video, whether the video was any good or not. It just makes sense because it's in video form. But with Tweets, I swear that's just not going to work. I'm sure there's a positive way that this could be used on Twitter, but I just don't see this working out in the long term. I'm curious to hear what you guys think about this feature being added onto Twitter
