Feel Into the Day

article image placeholderUploaded by @dobbsty
Feel what that felt like, who was around you, the emotions you felt, the sensations it brought up, what you were doing. Allow that thought to continue to permeate. Keep that grin going if you can. And if you're with me, let's take it a step further. Reflect on that moment of pure gratitude and joy and identify what exactly it was that brought you that joy. Was it feeling love from a loved one? Was it being gifted, something you've always wanted?

A daily start reminder to ease into the day with grace, joy, and love. Not a daily posting swell, but an always welcome space. Lets begin again.

In the bath….

I listen to this in the bath. The best thing to listen to in the bath. I invite anybody who has a ledge on their bath to do this. It's really lovely. I breathe, I thought, but the gratitude I have for my bath is unbelievable. Some people don't have bath. Some people don't have water. Some people are seeking this out and manifesting it through visualization is absolutely power. And you kind of brought that in here. So thank you

@dobbsty 🧎🏾‍♀️🧎🏾‍♀️ thank you!

Hi Tai. Thank you so much for inviting me to this swell. My apologies. It took me a day to get back to it, but I did listen to it actually that day. And I listened to it again just now. And I just like the idea of inviting gratitude and just taking a moment to be grateful, particularly how you just use all the just the natural prompts that are in the environment, just things that are happening

And then we could all take turns maybe passing the microphone around and giving people different versions of forms of meditation on the app. I think it would be pretty cool and just let me know what you think about it. I think it might be worth it and see what happens. Thanks for showing up. Thanks for telling the story. The brick wall. You are inspiring for me, it really is all about perspective. When you said that so eloquently. Such a beautiful vision painted before our very eyes

And anytime you come on here is great. But I think as we kind of network through our communities, it's always nice to have that soft couch that you can go to to have a deep breath. And there are so many people here on the Inspiration Channel, on the Mental Wellness Channel, on the Spirituality Channel that bring that to us. And it's just so beautiful

Yes! Down for it! @dobbsty

I like wood pews. Personally, I know they're not ideal for Ada, and if you have different knee issues and stuff like that, but just the smell of it. And this group would meet and it was like Sanga, is that right? That might be it. But we would sit and it wasn't like this other wonderful place I go to where you get your cushion or a chair, whatever you need, because everybody got different situations with the sitting and cross legs and all this stuff

Understanding meaning. That doesn't mean like I'm talking right now. You've talked two days ago. We'll have more responses in this thread later on. That doesn't mean two or three have to gather in a moment. Of course it's beneficial, but just the consistent contribution will create a Sangha

So it just builds and then maybe a new swell opens the next week with different approaches because I do feel like the more relevant our meditative language is to I don't know what's going on for us personally, the more it will probably have a universal meaning to somebody else
