Hi dear. You have chosen the very good topic and of course talking about period is not a shameful topic at all as the people created a taboo about it. So nowadays being so forward in every we still believe some myth and always feel insecure during period. So I think that time can heal everything and one day it will come that the taboo who will be removed by the people. So thank you

Hi there. I'd like to add one thing in this entire podcast that menstruation is not a woman thing. It's something that, you know, happens naturally to any gender, an experience that can be highly variable and different things to different things can happen to different people. It's not necessary to gender body parts or body dysfunctions. So yeah, it's not a sign of femininity. Let's say it's a general body function or it can happen to anyone

Hi dear. So yes, you said it right. Whether it's menstruation or menopause, talking about periods has often been a taboo subject and I don't understand it. Why is it has to be a taboo? Why is it shameful, even if it's a natural process and just not that we need to end the myths it carries. Like women are impure dirty sinful while they are menstruating and a lot more

Periods are as normal as eating or breathing and stop treating it as something bad or shameful. Change starts with all of us. Everyone, especially man, needs to be educated that it is perfectly natural and nothing to be ashamed of. Once that concept is embedded, we will take a step forward as a society. So yeah, it's not shameful, it's natural. Thank you. Bye

So yes, according to me, we should be frankly speaking about our periods, our problems, and we should not be shy of that. It's not our problem, it is just the body function. In case you are correct, thank you

It definitely is very saddening to see how the topic of menstruation and place is such a taboo around the world. Right? From packing the sanitary products in black polythenes to wrapping them in newspapers and not bringing the topic up any in any discussion in family is really weird. And just because it's such a natural process, even then it's such a taboo. So I think we should all work towards it and make it more normal just like it really is

Hey, Diya, which was a brilliant topic. I strongly feel that periods are not guaranteed or not something to be said. I'm not well or something. I think they should be normalized and it should be normal for girls to tell everyone, even a person of opposite sex, about her periods, about her discomfort, so that they can kind of reduce misery by helping her, by comforting her. I think the calls should not be taught

They think it is not a topic be open about but India is lacking in this situation which needs to be overcome. So this is my opinion that India is very lacking on talking on this situation
