What is body positivity?! What are your thoughts about it?

article image placeholderUploaded by @diyasawhney
Plastic surgery, injections, dangerous diet, culture and extreme workouts became the norm for decades as skinny jeans and size of two waves seem to be the perfect body type for mainstream society. This skinny culture quickly led to low self esteem, depression, alcoholism and extreme eating disorders. So let me know what's you think about this. What your thoughts about it this in your 12th. They'll then meet you in the next twelve. So it's dear signing off. Bye

But in order to please others, then it's wrong. I hope you are getting me what I'm trying to say here. Yeah that's what I want to conclude, that cosmetic procedures are good enough until they are done to please yourself, to make you confident and comfortable. But if they are happening to please others or maybe it's because someone told you something and you didn't felt right. So you want to change yourself for others, then it's wrong

So Hi the Pancho. First of all, thank you so much for replying to my swell and I totally understand what you are trying to say. That we should not change our bodies. Changing the way our body looks is not an option and we should should let it be the way they are. The way our body is. Yeah. Thank you so much for applying. That's all I wanted to say. Till then, meet you in the next one. Bye

That was always a great thing and why to change that accept yourself. However you are like there are many people who are expecting they are accepting themselves however they are. So I really want the society will change. Thank you so much. Bye

And I'm also trying hard to achieve this kind of body positivity because sometimes I also feel insecure that maybe my legs are too fat or my tummy is not flat and these kind of things. And mainly it is because the society teaches us to think in this way, which is actually absolutely wrong. So we should spread more and more what what is body positivity? What are out there who are suffering for no apparent reason at all when they have a completely healthy body

Hi dear. So I think that guest body positivity, you have explained it very well. And I think that people can do workouts, people can become slim, people can do surgeries, they can. But if only the they want to do it and not they are doing it for someone else. If they want to do it, then yes, that's fine. But if they're doing it for someone else, then that's not great

Hey, this is really a great swell. And I guess body positivity is something which is most needed in today's generation. Similarly, because, you know, we see our body every single day and we can't avoid it. Whatever you see every day and can't avoid will influence your happiness by triggering a series of thought processes which in turn trigger emotions and this process will repeat itself and actually get stronger with each repetition

Research suggests that having a negative body image is associated with an increased risk of some mental condition, including depression and eating disorders, and problems that can emerge as a result of poor body image include depression, low selfesteem eating disorders. Studies have also found that people internalize these ideas they are more likely to experience body satisfaction and engage in unnecessary dieting. Body Positivity strives to address these issues by helping people recognize the influences that contribute to poor body image

I really like the topic that you choose because it has a great impact and importance in our life. You know, we guys are so so so about our body. But more than that of external looks and all stuff, we really want to consider the internal love, internal care and also health and body love or body positivity is literally super because we have to have to build self confidence, self respect, and self motivation also
