'self-sabotage' and mental health reminder

So I just think that it's important to know that we all struggle with mental health and that we all have problems, and the best thing we could do is reach out for help and just in general, just be mindful of yourself. And once you're aware of the problem, it's so easy if you look into yourself to find a solution. So, yeah, do whatever works for you. It's completely fine. And this anxiety about the future is something that most kids nowadays have
