And also the main thing is just like stick to a night time routine. This will hopefully train your brain to think that it's bedtime and that's probably something you might get out of. It a proper sleep schedule. The next thing I've noticed, a lot of people and I myself have gone through this. Sometimes you have difficulty focusing and you lack motivation. So for these things, you can maybe try and establish a plan of action and write your plan down
