Taking breaks in this capacity can definitely help to prevent fatigue and whatever it is we're doing, and the five minute breaks can look however you want them to, but consider using at least one of those five minutes to get your body moving, get off that chair or whatever and walk around. And this is especially important if you're a person who works at a desk. Physical movements benefit our mental health, even though it's like mental health, it's all interconnected
