And exercising like I said, isn't just about losing weight or maintaining a certain body image. It's about feeling great about yourself. It's about being able to breathe better, being able to cut off from the rest of your life and focus on you. It's all about self love and confidence, and you don't have to be a certain way to feel beautiful
