Multiple studies have been found finding a strong link between heavy social media usage and an increased risk of depression, anxiety, loneliness, self harm, and even suicidal thoughts

Hey dear, I totally agree with you that social media can sometimes get harmful and then which may leads to negative thoughts and depression and maybe even suicidal thoughts, suicides. But I think we shouldn't focus on that. We should always focus on the bright side. And we should definitely spread kindness because it's a very important step for everyone who feels bad out there because even a single sentence maybe can make them feel really good. So kindness is a very big step
