flat feet - what it is, a mini rant

article image placeholderUploaded by @diyasabs
So when the feet don't provide proper support, it can raise your risk for joint problems caused by poor posture and unnatural gate and things like that. And as it is, my posture sucks. My mom has to push my back up every time we go out. And I already have lax joints. And my kneecap shape is different. And one of my knee caps now because the other one was surgically corrected. My other knee cap is turned to the side, and I need surgery for that

my genetics <<< https://www.nytimes.com it's somewhere on there (the link i mention)

I personally don't have flat fee, but I think because you have JD start maintaining your posture, they feel good. And it's not just about having flat fee, but I think good posture is for everything. One and yours should definitely work on it. Yeah

So I've known that I've had flat feet in five years. And since then, the only major change that has happened was wearing different shoes than normal, which didn't really affect me much, but still was a change. So that's how I guess flat feet changed my life. Not really changed my life. But yeah, that's
