But maybe the idea of taking melted wellness conversations into dialogue with people you're around and really asking them how they are and what they're struggling with or what they're grappling with or what's inspiring them. So picking up your phone and going towards somebody and having that conversation live with them in a really extensive way could be quite spontaneous and you never know what you're going to get

Hey, Diya, that's a great question. And I had the same thing going through my head the other day. And Deborah, I think that is helpful advice right now for me personally, I think my swells are a little more serious and it's more structured. And I think I have to start getting more informal. I do have to start getting more informal. So I'll definitely take the advice you gave
