finding your pre-existing inner strength: my personal experience

And also your mind limits you so much because of the fear and how much you are conditioned to think that certain things are bad, or if a certain thing happens, you're supposed to act this way. Like another example is I had to do constant physiotherapy. I still have to for a few more months. I've had to do it for a really long time. And I think for a month, right after the surgery, I shouldn't have moved my knee at all

you're so much stronger than you could ever imagine. you're so much braver than what you think. you can achieve IMMENSELY HUGE things. TAP INTO IT.

Hi, dear. I just wanted to tell you that I'm so proud of you. And I love you so, so much. I can't even tell you how much I love you and how proud I am of you. When you told me about your knee. At first I started crying, but then I was in shock thinking about how you walked perfectly fine. Actually, not perfectly fine, but how you walked properly for 14 entire days without complaining
