pretending to be okay

article image placeholderUploaded by @diyasabs
Do you have a story about how you couldn't heal because you kept pretending you weren't and hurt? If yes. Then please let me know and let me know if you agree with this quote or your thoughts on it

let me know if you've ever been in a situation where you've pretended like everything's okay :)

So much here🙏🏾📿✨ thank you for bringing this up. @diyasabs

Being unwell feels like a first world problem, as some of my friends like to call some of the things that we complain about. But yeah. So I think this is great. I'm glad you brought this up, and I'm sure a lot of people can relate whether or not they'll feel safer enough to express it. But I appreciate this. And I 100% agree with you. And thank you. Have an amazing day

Allowing ourselves to not always be okay

And I think that accepting whatever the feeling is that we're feeling and accepting that it's okay is the first step and then processing it, feeling it, thinking about it, whatever it is that helps you the most with that particular feeling to help you explore internally why you might be feeling that what happened? What feeling do you want to feel instead of that? And how can you achieve that goal? How can you get there and then figuring out what steps you need to take to get there?
