Letting Go: Keeping Your Sanity

article image placeholderUploaded by @diyasabs
I don't know if this applies to every single situation, but there are certain types of situation where you're trying to tell someone something or someone misunderstood something, and they're just not willing to look at it through a different lens. And even if they are, they try and blame it on you. That kind of manipulative nature. Just let it go. It's not worth draining your energy. It's not worth feeling sad. It's not worth crying. It's completely fine

It's okay if they refuse to understand! Everyone's going to learn lessons and maybe this one isn't for you to teach. Stay safe!

quote i found

Now for the next two replies or so I'm just going to add pictures that I found on the Internet that I think suit this well and that I couldn't, like, fit altogether. And one of the pictures that I'm about to post, they're going to say, you have nothing to prove to anyone, because you should be okay with people not knowing your side of the story

last bit!

Now, this is another picture that I found which talks about if it's out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind, too. So just basically refers to another part of this file that I was talking about, which is if you can't change it, if they're the kind of person that cannot be changed, let it go. It'll be okay
