Impact of karate in my life

article image placeholderUploaded by @diyapatel264
Just yesterday in class, actually, Minutiae was telling everyone about how I had beat some boys in a fight at a tournament in Sharja. Personally, it wasn't the fact that I beat them. That was the big achievement. It was more of the pride that I could see in manufacturer's eyes and tone of voice when he said that I have learned the importance of asnchai because of karate, my self confidence and strong will has skyrocketed since I joined karate too

Karate has truly shaped me into who I am today. Though karate does involve fighting and self defense, it’s honestly so much more. #karate #blackbelt

Oh, I totally agree with Yuriya. Karate is my passion too. I love karate too. And happen is I get when Monroe sees anything good about about me or takes me as an example for anything, please. It truly makes my heart happy. And to be honest, manozer is a true inspiration. His words always inspired me. And also how dear even I joined Karate when I was seven. And yes, I joined on my birthday month. Wow. Yeah, I agree

Very interesting

But it's not always the case. It doesn't have to be physical. What do you think about it? What do you think about building character outside of the dose, Joe? And how is it transferred from karate to your life outside? Has it carried through and in what ways I'd love to know

Like the things I learned, for example, the confidence. It's not just about physically getting stronger but also getting mentally stronger. I feel like that has reflected in my daily life as well due to karate. So yeah, as the years go by, I definitely feel like, yeah, I have developed as a person, even outside of the dojo outside of the center. So it does happen. It just takes time, I think, and it's really up to the individual as well

I agree

Every time I do that actually, in the session, you get stronger physically. You're actually getting weaker in the session because it's safe. It's a strength training session. But mentally, you're getting stronger. Isn't that funny? So, yeah, if I'm ready to speak up yet
