Yes, that is so true. Since a young age, there has been so much more emphasis on physical health rather than mental health. We've always been told to eat healthy and exercise in order to stay fit and be happy. But no one ever brings up the topic of your mental well being and state. Your mental state plays such a huge part in your happiness and who you are as a person. And I believe mental state is easy, equality, if not even more important than physical health
