So I'm going to share some simple tips to overcome your own negative thoughts and the negativity around us. The first important thing is question the thought. One thing I like to do when a negative thought taps me on the shoulder and tries to start growing in my mind simply to question the thought I asked myself, should I take you seriously?

Correctivya. I completely agree with your point because negative thoughts can make you feel sad, and sometimes they spoil our physical health. So that's why it's so important to learn how to deal with them. So much needs needed at this time. Thank you for sharing this
