Degrees don't decide one's Destiny.

I'm a strong believer of chasing your dreams regardless of your education, but getting a good degree at least gives you an advantage. It will help them thrive in their competitors a pool of equally diversified individual with equal or more talent. Having a degree can improve the chances of employment. Although a degree does not guarantee success, it does improve chances of getting noticed. This can be considered a success in itself considering how much competition there is for jobs

So yes, degree doesn't decide one's future, but it surely makes them fun oriented towards that job. And yes, having a degree does give you advantage of getting a job. But that doesn't limit a person to get only that job. So yeah, I agree with you. But what I strongly believe is that having a degree in that subject with regular College, that just adds the final thank you
