Race Preview

Doug O'Neill's horses tend to get better as they mature into the three year old season. So that's why he is three to one, and he's actually made the second choice here on the day. So right behind Medina Spirit. And it will be very interesting to see how this horse performs. His other horse, Wipe the Slate is the fourth choice in here. Wipe the Slate ran a nice maiden race last time out, going seven furlongs. He's going to stretch out today

Race Recap. New horses to watch: Roman Centurian, Hot Rod Charlie.

Well, the Robert B. Lewis Stakes Stakes. We have three horses to watch coming out of here. We had a three horse photo finish here, and Medina Spirit on the trail battles back and refuses to be passed in the Lane and comes away with the wind here. Or he was even money odds. He was expected to put forth a big effort and he really did. And I'm going to get to that a little bit later, but I want to focus on the race first
