As a teenager, it's important to take care of our mental health. At this stage, we think a lot. We don't know what thought to address and to pause upon. Overthink leads to anxiety and depression too. Here's a method I used to overcome my overthinking problem. Firstly, grab some sheets and pen. Write down all the thoughts evolving around your mind and then tear the page into small parts and throw it away. This process will help you clean your mind and thought process

Obviously this is a time consuming process and I'm not saying what you said is wrong, but it might not work for everyone. Obviously it could be working for you. And it's great that you are getting past that phase of overthinking. So according to me, surrounding ourselves with positive people constantly for a certain period of time, that could be really helpful. That's all I want to say. Thanks and keep smiling

Trust me. At first it didn't work for me. But I also did a few things which helped me. Like meditating. I included meditating in my lifestyle, which helped me concentrating on the work I was doing. And I excluded social media from my life, which was difficult, but was very positive in certain ways. So try it if you could. It may work. Thank you. Bye
