There are times when we want to do some stuff and due to overthinking and negative vibes, we postpone it or delay it. It for some other reason, but rather we should not think about it and just do it. Thinking causes overthinking and overthinking causes stress which is not good for our health. So we should just do the task and not think too much about it. You?

Hey, Bietchika. What you said makes a lot of sense. Really? Because this has happened to me a lot of times that maybe I was attempting something and I thought and then thinking turn into overthinking. And so due to all of that, I became so overwhelmed that maybe the task got pushed and I ended up doing it much later and with a lot of anxiety breaking my mind. So, yes, I think if we want to do something, we should just do it

I learned something from it, and moving forward, I might make a better decision. So I guess overthinking this leads to bad decisions sometimes and missed opportunities. It is. So I would say it's better to not overthink. I know it's easy to say and difficult to do, but I would say that avoid overthinking, just jump into whatever new experience is coming your way. Yeah
