Well, yes, you know, like, you know, people looking for stats. And yes, it social media is like a very toxic platform because, you know, people can actually literally just say whatever they want without even thinking on your pictures that they don't like and so on

Hey Vartika, thanks for listening the swell and sharing your opinion regarding this. And I completely agree with you that people look for stats and sometimes in the this procedure they forgot to live their life to enjoy what they are doing. And yes social media is kind of toxic. People just give their opinions without out even thinking that it might hurt someone's. Sentiment

But we should keep one thing in our mind that all these kind of things are not realistic. These are just in our mind and we are just getting it on social media. So social media, we should limitize the use of social media. That's how we can be able to manage our time and all the things together. Well, thank you so very much

But life has been so caught up lately that I have not been even able to post something or reply to my comments or listen to tons of things. Well, but I'm trying my best. And today I'm glad that I got some time when I really came back to this platform

Hi DA Panchu. I think these days, Genji and millennials are most addicted to social media. But social media also has its advantages. It feels perfectly. It helps us to connect with our friends and family. We have the platform on where we embrace ourselves, on each other

I feel that a lot of creators, a lot of content creators get a lot affected by the terms trolls or the haters used for them, even not only the budding influences, but also the very big influences. And there are so many other insecurities that followed by this is not like an individual problem or something. This is a problem completely faced by the whole Gen Z right now. And I think on a very extreme end, people trying to avoid this impact on themselves, trying to completely cut off the whole social media access, which I think is not even a good thing because they completely cut off from the networking which social media can provide and all the benefits sides of it

Hi Deepanshu, I think social media does hamper mental health because when you see people having nice things and you don't have maybe then you feel you should have them and you feel jealous. Or sometimes when we look at the celebrity it is who have perfect lives, it may not even be perfect but we just get to see the perfect part and feel jealous of it. And looking at it a lot and scrolling down, scrolling down, looking at it. Can media media media media hampers your mental health?

Yeah, I definitely think that social media has negative impacts on mental health because we don't really have strong, like, bonding connections with people. Social media wants more bridging connections. So it's, like associates and stuff or acquaintances and not really close, good friends. So that really hurts us. We need closer connections and stronger connections. We kind of displace time, face to face time with people

Like if you want to make good connections instead of acquaintances or associates, we can do
