Weekly Reset Tips

If you've been listening to my slow, it's always bath. That's my thing. Taking baths, most likely. We'll go for one tonight. And I just feel like it's kind of hard to not carry things from week to week into the next week. So just, I guess a reminder and a question. Make sure you reset from week to week. And how do you do that?

You got that right. It's essential to, like, kind of make sure you don't have any dirty dishes and dirty clothes, any dirtiness in the last week. And that really helps to successfully reset. I need to get in the habit of making a good schedule to do those things. And I'm sure I'll feel a lot better. No matter what's going on with me. It always helps to have a clean environment to think in. So, yes, thank you for that

Cleaning my desk!

So last night, I took 30 minutes and organized the laundry I have to do unpacked, took everything off my desk, wiped it down, and just kind of tried to reset my surrounding environment. So I have a clear mindset, clear mind going into this week, and I think it's already helping me, and I'm already feeling a difference. So that's kind of my way to reset. Of course, I have other things

Hey Sasha, thanks for your reply. Definitely need to integrate some more walks into my life. I have like a park right by my house and actually like in the next 30 minutes I should be walking around doing or something. My job throughout the week is sitting down pretty much the entire time. So yeah, that's one thing I can do to kind of get myself ready for that event to be sitting down for 5 hours. So yeah, thanks for that reminder. I appreciate it

But I would say the best thing to reset for my week would either be to take a nice walk or shower, or to go home to my hometown because it's only an hour away. So that's something that I like to do. Just get a little awareness and just reset my week and my time. Get rid it for the new one
