When it was just me and my friends hanging out at the house drinking, I was completely fine. But the moment I get around, like a room full of people who are drinking, it's like I have all of their drinks inside of me too. It was tragic. So not that I saw off drinking, but I definitely won't be drinking in public like that for a while. It was completely sad, but I'm okay

So we just keep drinking it because we're thirsty. And that's not the thing to drink when you're thirsty, for sure. So I think that it's really good to have kind of those nights too, that you put yourself in check. It sounds like this night put you in check. And I'm glad that you Jared okay, and that nothing bad happened to you because that sometimes happens too, where you have a bad experience with alcohol and then something else bad happens

Thanks so much, Jared. It really like. Yeah, it really was unexpected. Like, it's not like it hasn't happened to me before, but I just was not prepared for that to happen. Like, I was hardly out for 30 minutes, and it just, like, all hit me at once, I guess. But thanks for that encouragement. Trying to learn, trying to evolve. Appreciate that encouragement to just take it as a learning experience and not be so hard on myself

Hey, D, my bad. I saw this, and I meant to respond immediately, and now it's three days later. So I'm hoping that you are feeling better and can, you know, stop beating yourself up, stop the self flagellation. Me and my friend, we call that the liquor shame that we do ourselves. We impose it on ourselves. Where the scenario in your mind, as you recall it emotionally, is way more exacerbated than actually happened

Oh my goodness. Okay, thanks PK. I was waiting for your enlightenment. I was hoping that you would chime in. I should just tagged you on this post. But also you're totally right. Like there's no room for any sort of self deprecation. And I did do the right thing. Albay probably reluctantly. I don't know what was going on at the moment, but the guy friend I was with made sure I got out of there
