Fear of public speaking πŸ—£οΈ

article image placeholderUploaded by @debosmita2002
The better you understand what you are talking about, and the more you care about the topic, the less likely you will make a mistake or get off track. And if you do it, get lost. You will be able to recover quickly. Get organized ahead of time. Carefully plan out of the information you want to represent, including any props, audio, or visual AIDS. The more organized you are, the less nervous you will be. Practice and then practice some more

I think that fear, fear of public speaking among a lot of children, including me. Like, even when I was young, I had too much stage fright to even participate in competition or monologues and stuff like that. And I think most of it is built in our schools because we students are put on a spot and they don't really feel comfortable or the environment doesn't feel comfortable for them to talk freely
