Platter of Independence Day for Bengalis.
Do people agree that the best food in the world is a food that brings back all the memories of your childhood? I have a lot of food memories to share and this one is little special. It has got a feeling of nostalgia. Memories from old days. Normally a platter of kachori, delay, Bee and vegetari is a very casual food for Indians. Sometimes the food that we have normally in two weeks or on a day of the week. But sometimes the simple food brings memory from past days
This is so interesting. I consider myself a food, and I tend to experience an array of emotions and feelings when eating different food. And so when you were talking about this particular meal that recalled a specific memory or a time, a space and time that has previously happened, I nearly thought of my first experience eating this Spanish cuisine dish, and it's called pastelon. And my partner being from Dominican Republic. They have their own version of pasterome

Oh, that's great. Even I'm a foodie person. I like going to different places and trying their food. And I have so many food memories. This is the one that I felt like sharing because we just had our Independence Day yesterday. So I felt like, like sharing. And I'm so happy and little glad that you shared one of your experience with me. Thank you so much for that
