I’m no longer a vegan. And, a woman insulted me and my character because of it.
And I also know how to tell you where to go and how to get there. And I'll provide the bus pass. So with that being said, if someone offers their personal opinion, you don't have a right to insult them or attack them. I am no longer a vegan by choice. I'm no longer a vegetarian. Do I eat mills that have no meat? Absolutely. I'm actually dairy free, so there's a lot of meals that have no animal products in them

And the only time it would come up is literally people would see me shopping, and I was just like they'd look in my shopping cart, goes, what the h***, are you a vegetarian or a vegan or something? And I'd say, oh, yeah, I'm practicing veganism for I'm going to do it for a year and then get my cholesterol and everything rechecked and just see where it goes. And, yeah, I got insulted

Hi, Brian. Happy Monday. Thanks for chiming in. Yeah, I think a lot of people have tried different diets lifestyles over the years, so we're all kind of mixed and matching this together. I don't know. I always say that. My brother, who has been vegan for, let's see, 53, probably almost 30 years, so he's not new to this at all. He's always been a great cook

Oh, they'll tell you, you'll know? Oh, also, like, I'm not a vegan because I love animals. I'm a vegan because I hate vegetables. They all have to die, and I will eat them all. I crack myself up

One of my friends did the same thing, but not that she was like a strict vegan. I think she she was, I think, for a minute because a speaker had came to her church and convinced her of the evils of eating meat

You. Hi, Mark. Yes, this happened on swell. And so I am as surprised as you are because we are talking about anything and everything here. And either you ignore a swell because you don't want to talk about a topic or you disagree respectfully, which I've seen here. Not everybody agrees it's not kumbaya. And I'm okay with that. But, yeah, it was on swell. And I'm like, why is this lady inviting me to this?

I did not do that. But I did abstain from eating meats and dairy primarily. But I mean, it was enlightening. I can say that my hair really grew fast, it grew really thick. I lost weight as a result of leaving a lot of processed foods alone. But veganism has turned into a religion for a lot of people. It's what they worship. They worship what they eat. They worship what they don't eat. They worship the lifestyle of veganism

But even if it's how to raise a child, we are sadly, we are arguably God's worst creation. Everything else created by God, even animals have to fear man. We destroy everything. We are terrible. I mean, there's some good there's so many good things to say about us, but there's so many bad things, horrible things to say about us. We'll hurt someone and kill them just because of the color of their skin

These were people that didn't just have any type of job. They had respectable careers. Are you kidding me? For what? And the other thing I wanted to mention was that with Swell, you said that this happened on Swell

I just always felt very lethargic even, even being vegetarian, I felt like dizzy spells and things like that, which I do suffer from when I suffer, but I do experience vertical from time to time. And I guess me probably being nutrient and calorie deficient when I was not eating meat really took a toll on me

I like the conversations where people can have differing views, but it's respectful. But there's also that thing where we can just keep scrolling on by. And that's the thing. I think if we see something that's like there are some topics that I've listened to some swells and I kept it moving. I'm like either some I'm like, there's nothing else I can add to it. Good job
