And in a world that we live in right now, where we're not getting a lot of hugs, we're not spending a lot of quality time together. Something else has emerged, which is an intimacy that kind of yields way for a lot of interesting new feelings. But love has to be articulated when we most think and feel that it's a true thing
And then there are times when our relationships are maybe a little more strained than other times, but I still want the person to know that I love them. And so maybe when things are a little more difficult or it's a distant relative that I see very infrequently or communicate with very infrequently, then it might be love you. But if I'm expressing deep heartfelt love, then I reach for the I love you

It means a lot more to me when I hear or even I read, I love you, but I guess maybe it kind of depends on who is saying it to me, because if it's somebody that's really close to me and I know that they love me and they say, love you, then I take it almost pretty much the same way as I would take it as if they said, I love you. But generally speaking, I say love you. I don't know

But I do think about it more as to whether I would say love you or I love you because before I kind of thought about it, but not that much. But after she mentioned it, I really have put a focus on when I say to someone, I want them to know that I love them. I say I love you. Sometimes if I'm maybe in a rush, I'll say love, you know, it's passing. I do love the person

Hey, I want to thank all of you for contributing to this, Christina and Antois, and I'm gonna shout out to Linda, welcome to Swell. You know, it's interesting because I feel like conversations like this that take an unconscious behavior and ask us to bring consciousness to it is a really interesting process because we find out that it's not so unconscious that it has tendrils of intention and they have different impacts in different circumstances
