And on the other hand, we are here to talk about the future of work and the shift of really this contract based to project based type of working where freelancing will only grow in importance and how you as a freelancer can stay relevant in the ever changing future of this type of work. So there are somewhere upwards of 8000 podcasts coming from the US right now. People are listening to them. The audience is exploding. People are looking for filters now to figure out what to listen to. And it's definitely NextGen podcasting. And what's interesting about this conference that we're at is we're looking at a lot of trends, and people are talking about trends and what's next
