What is your Mantra?

article image placeholderUploaded by @DBPardes
He says a mantra is a kind of magic formula that, once uttered, can entirely change a situation. It can change us and it can change others. But this magic formula must be spoken in concentration, with body and mind focused as one. What you say is the state of being in this state of being becomes a mantra. And then he gives an example. A very big gift you can give to someone you love is to say this dear one, I am here for you

I will create my way through this

One mantra I want to share with you is I will create my way through this. And it's meant to help me not focus on a problem or a challenge, but rather look at the fact that I'm an architect of any bridge I need to build between where I am and where I need to go. I will create my way through this

Grand rising to UDB. And I would like to say this is a very good question. Mantra is something I've been working on for a little while, on and off, but I've really been dedicating myself towards it for like the last month or two. And I actually have a whole notebook full of mantras that I say. What I call them positive affirmations. And one of them I would like to share is I am honoring my highest self

I say I'm more spiritual than I am religious, so I altered it to thank you, God, this issue is already solved. And I use it similar to how it was introduced to me in a way that is trying to figure out how to phrase it in a way. I use it for the minute things and the things that are really big. I'll give an example if it's something as simple as what am I going to do on Saturday?

Hi, Deborah. A very good question. It compels me to reflect and consider. But here's a mentor that I've been using for a while now. It is better me, better world. I use it often, especially when I'm running. Better me, better world. It embodies what I wish to be, and that is to be on a path of selfdevelopment. Selfimprovement. And in doing so, I can make it a better world. So better me, better world

Hey, debut powers. I hope that I didn't mispronounce your name. So I just wanted to say thank you first for bringing this to our attention. So swell users. So I never thought about it, let's say, never thought that if I am using a specific word toward my achievement, let's say, or toward my well being, it's sort of a mantra

So I'm trying to change my pattern because I'm sure that everything that I have in my mind is based on the pattern that I keep repeating. So I need to put it in on it

I am so fortunate. It's that simple. That's my mantra. Whenever I lose perspective, I remind myself that things that I grapple with are usually trivial in the big scheme of things. I try to take the balcony view and look at life from other perspectives and realize that nothing that I grapple with or deal with is as difficult or challenging as what other people have in their lives. So I am so fortunate. And thank you for reminding me to reflect with gratitude on this fact every day

So I'm right there with you in terms of the reflection and realization that you've had as well about it being a mantra that you used to say, but now you walk with this quiet knowing, so to speak, within your soul that you already have that. So there's no need to keep reciting it as if you're clinging to it and trying to find it. You already have it. I wish you many blessings because the blessings already exist

Hello. Herea, sisu. Thank you so much for this message of consideration. And thank you so much for your wish and your blessing. I'm certain that you'll provide for me as well. For you. And I wish you an opinion as well. Thank you

Hi. This question is very valid, I think, in today's time, because we needed to survive. We needed to live. I have a couple of mantras, but I think what comes to my mind is this one dialogue in my favorite actors movie. That is Fight Koni, fight. Connie was the character who was the swimmer, and she won against all odds. So my first mantra is Fight Coney, fight. Where we all have to fight for our survival each day and each moment
