Do You Make Me Sick?
I have been very surprised that since March 2020, I haven't had a single cold. I've had some slow days, a little fatigue, but I've been really healthy and I generally get little colds here and there. I don't know. I get sometimes yucky tummy. Something happens. I catch things. But since March, since wearing a mask, I have been feeling really good

Your question make me laugh so much because I've been having a slightly similar spot recently where I'm wondering if in post pandemic life if all of our immune systems are going to be weaker, and if all of us are going to get sick more frequently

But I think we tend to discount some of the core things that we're doing. For example, how many times a day do we actually wash our hands thoroughly with soap? Now, how much attention we pay to that? How much do we disinfect our hands every time we go out or we interact with things that come from outside? I think that is what really has caused this effect of us not getting sick just to consider how many times a day we touch our faces with our hands or anything

So there's an interesting balance that I'm always thinking about when you're out in the world constantly meeting people and greeting people and you're fully exposed, the body can create immunities and become stronger because because it gets micro doses of bacteria that it fights against constantly, and that's the beauty of the human immune system. So given that I think I might just go bump into some people in the next couple of minutes
