So we really wanted to dedicate an entire station to conversations that deal with all the things that she celebrates in us. She's given us tools to work with empathy, tools to work with some of the most complex emotions that we have

I don't know, a couple weeks ago, just about had a generic question I had about Brene's connection to our daily life and how some of her books, her advice, play into examples

So her work on vulnerability changed really just about everything in my life. And I'll talk about it later on. Maybe I'll do a Swell cast of some sort, but I just wanted to pop in here and say thank you for the Swell cast. And all you got to do is start your own swell and then put that quote in there and talk about it. And then when you post it asks you for stations and just choose a couple of stations, including the Renee Brown station. And then it will pop up in the station because the quotes are so they're good prompts for great discussion. And we've had many of them, as you could see if you go to the station
