The Primal Brain Solution : let’s talk with Author Jennifer Aguilar

And Jennifer, I would love to have a conversation with you about your book because I think it's always an amazing accomplishment for someone to put pen to paper metaphorically and put something together for us to really digest. And this book is only 100 pages, less than 100 pages, and it really helps us understand how our bodies connect to our brain health. And I just want to thank you for popping on to Swell and kind of digging in with us. So here's my first question about this book

Hey, Jennifer, thanks so much for responding. And the fact that you had to be such a champion for your son is not lost on me. A lot of parents in your situation probably would have done the same, but because of your background and your training and your ability to have that tenacity, the results are incredible

But I want to take it out of that a little bit and bring it to just the environment and the quality of air. I have an app, my Apple app always says moderate to great in terms of where I'm living or where I am at the moment, in terms of the kind of air we're breathing in and how air mixes with our oxygen and air mixes with our blood and then nourishes our brains. Can you talk about any ideas you have for there's a lot of machines

And I think that's something I'm super aware of, just living in a city like Los Angeles where there's so many people driven for, career driven for trying to make the best happy life possible and they're integrating all these different practices and it's just a crazy swirl
