I married my wife. My wife's over there just finally about. Tell me what hot sauce represents to you in terms of a culinary delight. Well, I had a picked stomach to cook on the market, and I know how popular chilies. I'm a very good cook, I must tell you. And I grow the chilies and that was an accident. We grew chili. We didn't know what they were

And it's been looking after the family for ten years now. How many markets do you have to go to to keep yourself going? Well, here, I can do just one. Wow. I do do a couple of little ones in the valley, but one would be another. Monkey market is huge, huge. It's we'll do 200 plus service today. And when you talk about different food options, the biodegradable stuff beyond the actual food itself is really cool

Like a couple of months ago, I got a message from Jeremy, who owns it, and he was asking if anyone wanted to work here. Cool. So I went for an interview and tell me about the bags. We've got backpacks tote bags for the beach. Our actual main theme is our suit bag over there

Dev and I, my wife, we've been talking about oysters for a long time, so it's been our life for a long time, so actually being able to do it instead of talking about it and doing science around it is actually fantastic. That's fantastic. To send people here. It's called fresh oysters. Brunei Island, Tasmania. That's it. That's okay. Come here and do that. Awesome

So we're running about 800 beehives at the moment in southern Tasmania, and our main crop here is leatherwood, which is unique to Tasmania. It's only found grown in Tasmania, on the west coast, in the rainforest, so it's our best seller by far. And here, beekeeping is quite a difficult business to be in because we have such a short season. It's just starting now

I'm standing in front of the Hobart Whiskey Spirits liquors stall. It's called Hobart Town. Fine beverages. And these guys are swamped. And I'm just going to tuck you in here to see if you can hear some of their some of their stories. Can you tell me what you're pouring right now? This is a Brooklined Run designed to be drunk as a whiskey. So it's been through seven different cars being through Jerry. So what happens when you say bin through them?

Oh, my God. This is how I want to wake up every day. This is a breakfast cocktail. Amazing. So how long has it got, alcohol? We've been doing about a year or three years all up. After starting with the syrup, I'm still waking up right now, so I feel like people actually drink that in the morning. Yeah, we get tastes all day. Oh, my God. Yeah. It's easily our best selling

Same as you do now. Bits. I found people gave me bits. I got bits and pieces. I found somebody who sold timber and all sorts of things. I was just called blunties or something. Sorry, what is called these shoes? Blunties? No, these are boots, work boots. But they have no zips. They have no ties. Of course. No blonde. Stone used to make these, but Bluntstone not bloodstone. But this was a cheaper pair

Just to follow up, I am gonna buy one of these. They're so beautiful. This one is made out of myrtle and I'm just going to hold it in front of them here so you can look at it. And it's made with such love. And there's a little very unique shoe bit on the top top that's also made out of food, and I'll make sure you can see that as well. It's just beautiful. And what a magical human he is

WA. And here Western Australia. Okay, got it. Oh, west cocka. Yeah, I used to live there. How did you come over here? 2006. Sort of family move to get a rural property. Have a workshop on the property cleaner. Yeah. Teddy's beautiful. How much has this technique changed? Essentially it hasn't. Materials change methods, power tools. Essentially, that like everything. Production costs and iron itself

I'm doing a little audio journal here as well and I just captured some of your music. Tell me about you. Hey, I'm J. Jerome. I've been living in Napoluna, Hobart for about four years now. I'm originally from Queensland. How did you get to be such a beautiful, beautiful guitar player? I don't know. I started playing piano and singing when I was eleven and then I picked up the guitar when I was 16

And the holes are an equivalent of what? A round sound hole in the neighbor guitar. This is so beautiful. I'm going to make sure that people get your information. I'll just listen to some more of your music if you're interested. What a magical human this is. We're going to play listen to one more song. He's got Southwest Tasmania the name of the truck. Music video. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you
