EXHAUSTION! what’s it mean and what do you do about it?

But whatever it is, I think announcing it and feeling like you need to do something about it is a really good thing. In my last wellcast about this reference to napping, I said, Take a nap. But now I think it's also like we have a mouthwash to kind of freshen up our mouth. We need some kind of body wash, a spiritual body wash to get unexhausted, and it might not be enough

Spiritual Body Wash 💯

I'm looking for an escape. An escape to not deal with what I was doing prior. More like work. But these are things that we can always kind of reimagine. Like, what does it mean for me? It doesn't always have to mean something negative, because then that takes away our energy to continue to do something with purpose. And so to do it in a way where I am being spiritual about it. I think this is a better way to kind of deal with this exhaustion

@Her_Revolucion DDDDDD

Hey, Ezanie. I love the reminder of Vitamin D, just that specific thing that popped from your mouth into my head, and the simplicity of taking a walk to recharge it's. So spot on research is so grounded and clear that it is a magic, beautiful thing that you can get from the sky. It's like beaming into us. And I'm just psyched to be reminded of it. So thank you. I'm feeling energized by your response

People have not seen the value because they can't see what I see spiritually and what I share spiritually. So I've been exhausted spiritually, just sharing what I know, spiritual knowledge and tapping into the spiritual realm and pulling out information and being an Oracle for the spirit and the universe. So it takes a lot of energy to do that. And once you do it, you get exhausted. If people don't appreciate put the energy back into you. And I realized that was a dead end

And I don't know if grief can make you feel exhausted, but I definitely described my feeling in that moment as exhaustion. I also noticed that there is a spiritual exhaustion that was spoken about by Infinite. When I do trainings all day trainings with individuals on attitude in the workplace and customer service, I find that at the end of an all day training, I am exhausted
